SC Sign Solutions provides real estate sign installation and removal services using sign materials supplied directly by the client (“Client”). By using our services, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service.

SC Sign Solutions installs and removes real estate signs using materials provided by the Client. Services include:

• Installation of yard signs, riders, and accessories
• Removal of signs upon request
• Optional repositioning or maintenance

SC Sign Solutions does not manufacture or supply sign panels.

Clients agree to:

• Provide all sign panels and riders
• Deliver signs to SC Sign Solutions in ready‑to‑install condition
• Provide accurate installation instructions and property addresses
• Ensure installation areas are safe and accessible
• Obtain any required permissions from property owners or HOAs

• All sign panels and riders provided by the Client remain the Client’s property.
• All posts, stakes, and hardware owned by SC Sign Solutions remain SC Sign Solutions’ property.

SC Sign Solutions is not liable for:

• Weather‑related damage
• Vandalism, theft, or unauthorized removal
• Damage caused by animals, lawn crews, construction, or third parties
• Fading, cracking, or wear from outdoor exposure

Replacement of stolen or vandalized signs is the Client’s responsibility.

The Client acknowledges that installation involves driving stakes or posts into the ground.

SC Sign Solutions is not responsible for damage to:

• Water pipes
• Irrigation/sprinkler lines
• Invisible fencing
• Cable/internet lines
• Drainage systems
• Any other underground utilities

If the Client instructs SC Sign Solutions to place a sign in a specific location and damage occurs (including hitting a water pipe), the Client assumes full responsibility.

If SC Sign Solutions cannot access the installation area due to obstacles such as locked gates, animals, or construction:

• The order may be rescheduled
• A trip fee may apply

Standard turnaround time is ___ business days. Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

• No fee for cancellations before dispatch
• Trip fee may apply for cancellations after dispatch
• Early removal requests are billed at standard removal rates

The Client agrees to indemnify SC Sign Solutions against claims arising from:

• Incorrect installation instructions
• Lack of property owner permission
• Unsafe property conditions
• Damage caused by underground utilities

SC Sign Solutions may suspend or terminate service for:

• Non‑payment
• Unsafe installation conditions
• Misuse of SC Sign Solutions equipment
• Violations of these Terms

SC Sign Solutions may update these Terms at any time.
